Arson suspected in devastating US wildfire that forced 60,000 to evacuate

Police in Washington state have arrested a 37-year-old man on suspicion of starting a fire that has burned through more than 3,200 hectares of forest in the state's second city Spokane. Firefighters have still not contained the fire, which has forced tens of thousands of people from their homes, and 700 buildings have been destroyed.
