France to expel two Iranian diplomats as arrests row heightens

Paris is to expel two Iranian diplomats serving in France following the banning by Iran of two French diplomats posted to the embassy in Tehran, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot said Tuesday. He said Iran's treatment of the French diplomats briefly arrested in Tehran last month over accusations of "interference" in Iran's internal affairs was "intolerable".
