Russian detained over plot to 'execute' Ukrainian-American in Warsaw, Tusk says

Poland has arrested a Russian national who was allegedly hired to plan an "execution" targeting a Ukrainian-American dual citizen in Warsaw, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Thursday. Tusk said it was the first time that “someone on the order of Russia” had sought to attack an American citizen on NATO territory.
