Ukraine live: Russian strikes kill more than a dozen in Kyiv region, Zelensky says

Russian strikes on Kyiv and the surrounding region killed at least 17 people and wounded 44 more overnight, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday. In recent weeks, both sides have increased long-range attacks, with Russia more than doubling its use of missiles in July.
